About JT Halo

Care built on being heard first.

Fifteen-minute visits, a new face every time, a plan nobody explained — that's the version of mental health care most people have already tried. We built the practice around the opposite.

JT Halo Healthcare is a behavioral health practice for adults who are tired of being processed. Visits here are unhurried. You see the same provider every time. Treatment decisions get made out loud, in plain language, with you in the room — not handed down afterward in a portal message you have to decode.

However long it took you to get here, that was the right amount of time. We start where you are.

How we practice

Four commitments, kept every visit.

Listen first

The history matters more than the checklist. We ask, then we wait for the answer.

Treat the whole person

Sleep, work, relationships, money, grief and body all sit inside a psychiatric picture. We don't pretend they're separate.

Hold space without judgment

No lecture about the years before you walked in. We start where you are and move at your pace.

Be honest, always

About what a medication can do, what it can't, how long it takes and what the trade-offs are. No overselling.

We go through your history, what's been happening recently, what you've already tried, and what you want to be different. You leave with a plan you understand and had a hand in shaping.

FOLLOW-UPS

20 to 30 minutes

As often as your treatment needs — weekly at the start of a medication change, further apart once things are steady.

BETWEEN VISITS

One business day

Secure messages about side effects, refills and scheduling are answered within one business day.

Ready when you are

Your next step toward feeling better starts here.

New patient appointments usually open within a week. Book online — no phone tag, no waiting on hold.
