Services

Behavioral health care, start to steady.

Every service below is available in person and by secure telehealth. Same provider, same standard of care, whichever you choose.

Psychiatric evaluation

A thorough first appointment, 60 to 90 minutes, covering your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, family history, current medications, substance use, sleep, and what's actually happening in your life right now.

The goal isn't a label — it's a working understanding and a first plan. You'll leave knowing what we think is going on, what we're recommending, and why.

Best for: first-time care, a diagnosis that has never quite fit, or restarting after a gap.

Medication management

Careful prescribing with real monitoring. We start low where appropriate, explain expected timelines and side effects before you fill the prescription, and check in on schedule rather than leaving you to figure out whether something is working.

Doses get adjusted based on how you're actually doing, and we'll tell you plainly when a medication isn't the right fit.

Includes: initial prescribing, titration, side-effect management, lab monitoring where indicated, and coordination with your primary care provider.

Follow-up care

Regular check-ins to track progress, refine treatment and adapt as life changes. Early on these are frequent; as things stabilize they space out.

Between visits, secure messages are answered within one business day.

Second opinions and consultations

Short-term guidance when you want another read — on a diagnosis, a medication regimen, or whether a treatment change makes sense.

Also available for family members trying to understand a loved one's care and what their options are. There's no obligation to transfer your care to us.

Women's mental health

Support through perinatal and postpartum change, hormonal transitions including perimenopause, fertility treatment strain, caregiving load and burnout.

Medication decisions during pregnancy and breastfeeding are made with current evidence and full discussion of risks on both sides — including the risks of leaving a condition untreated.

Telehealth

Secure video visits from home, work or anywhere in [state(s) where the provider is licensed]. Same provider, same appointment length, same prescribing — no commute, no waiting room. You can switch between telehealth and in-person visits at any point in your care.

You'll need: a private space, a device with a camera, and a stable connection. [Note any visit types that must be in person.]

Fees and insurance

Clear costs, confirmed before your first visit.
